<reviewbody>I have been into the dTb seriously since 2001 and have seen some incredible shows, many of them at the Visulite; but, I have to admit that this weekend of shows was extra special for many reasons. The band was really loose and having fun with new tunes and old. Getting to hear Branford the night before helped make Saturday that much more fun. The band was all grins Saturday night.

Check out the "Use Me Up" during "Blind, Crippled and Crazy" that Kofi starts up.
If for nothing else, check out the rare gem "Sierra Leone" (it's the last tune on the 2003's Soul Serenade CD--if you don't have it, run now and get it, seriously!) that the band unfolded for our amazement during "Rastaman Chant"... thank you dTb.

Also, listen to the "airplane taking off" that is Derek's guitar right after Todd's bass solo during "Up Above My Head". Classic intro to "For My Brother" intro from "Goin' Down Slow". Perfect.

Be sure to check out 5/25/07, you need both of
these whether you were there or not...

This was also my first run with the hypers on the Avantone CK-1s. Right in front of the board, thanks Marty!

Enjoy!</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>Thanks so much for posting both shows. This was an incredible weekend, I was so tired on Sat. from Fri. show, but they pulled me through. Sierra Leone is one of my faves, I cant believe they played it. </reviewbody>
