This violates several laws, including blackmail by the President and Director and the illegal activity of the FBI, a domestic agency, in Mexico. The tape also reveals that the FBI wrote the Warren Report and the Commission was a cover to prevent the public outcry from learning that President Kennedy was killed with the assistance of "Castro" throught the Cuban Embassy in Mexico City.
